The Global Talent Programme is an intensive 2-year development journey that aims to prepare high potential employees globally to become future leaders of Kuehne + Nagel.

With face-to-face training modules, individual on-the-job coaching and special assignments, the Global Talents have the opportunity to learn and grow, to better understand our business and our customers.

Additionally, the programme is the perfect platform for the participants to grow their personal network what will facilitate future collaboration amongst units and geographies.

The objective of this module is to introduce Design Thinking as innovation approach, mind-set and methodology that supports our capability to identify and understand the needs of our customers.
