Effective September 1, 2011, Horst Joachim Schacht and Tim Scharwarth joined the Kuehne + Nagel’s management board.

Effective September 9, 2011, the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG has decided to prolong the contracts of CEO Reinhard Lange until the end of 2013, of CFO Gerard van Kesteren until mid 2014 and of Dirk Reich, Executive Vice President Contract Logistics and Road & Rail Logistics, until the end of 2014.
