Road Tracking & Tracing
You need the ability to track and trace your shipments across all 38 countries we service; with our Web-based KN Login, you have it.
Road customers have access to three status levels -- shipped, arrived and delivered to the final customer. In addition, customized status information is also available.
Status levels and information time frames:
- "Shipped" from the sending depot at time of truck departure
- "Arrived" at the receiving depot at offloading time plus two hours
- "Delivered" to the consignee by 10 a.m. the next business day after delivery
