Coworth Park is a 70-room luxury tranquil country house hotel and spa set in 240 acres of picturesque Berkshire. Their lucky guests can choose to stay in the main Georgian Mansion House or the contemporary rooms and suites of the Stables and Cottages if you prefer a more equestrian feel.

Kuehne + Nagel appointed a dedicated Hotel Logistics project manager to organise the Global vendor logistic management of all OS&E (Operating Suppliers and Equipment ) suppliers for the hotels public areas and guestrooms as well as providing high security warehousing space for the storage and sorting of the OS&E.  

Coworth Park opted to use Kuehne + Nagel's unique ‘Hot boxing’ service.  A hot box is a room kit pre-sorted at a Kuehne + Nagel depot containing all the small OS&E items required for a room or suite. These room kits include accessories such as a hairdryer, glassware, linen, guest amenities and coat hangers (in this case each box contained approximately 35 items per room).

A hotbox can be easily transported around the hotel, especially convenient with the vast spread grounds of Coworth, and placed in each guestroom and suite ready for housekeeping to check and dress the rooms with ease, eliminating the time consuming challenges of delivering each item individually throughout the hotel.
