KN Expo Service
KN Expo Service supports you at all stages during a project.
Before the fair or exhibition, services include:
- Planning the best transport solution to satisfy your requirements and meet your deadlines
- Packing and collection of goods, then delivery to the site or warehouse
- Administration of customs paperwork, including temporary import and bond fees
- Full track & trace visibility and event management to ensure compliance with all deadlines
- Mediation of house-to-house transport insurance, including duration of the project
During the fair or exhibition, services include:
- Own trained personnel to coordinate and execute your requirements*
- Coordinated unloading, delivery to booth and reloading after the show
- On-site construction support
- Support for unpacking
- Storage, delivery and disposal of consumables and empties
- Provision of cranes, forklifts and heavy lifts*
After the fair or exhibition, services includes:
- On-site dismantling assistance
- Assistance for re-packing of exhibits
- Safe transportation of goods back home, or to another destination
- Storage before and/or after shipping, if required
