Compliance

In all offices and with all accounts, each entry is reviewed against a 16-point checklist before estimated duties are tendered. Our brokerage operations follow strict guidelines for accuracy.

Depending on local customs regulations, our clearance services include:

• Review of all entry summaries using a 16-point checklist prior to submission to customs
• An “entries due” report by release date to ensure that all are paid on time
• Staging of entry summaries for submission to customs on the ninth working day from the date of entry
• Entry summaries are paid electronically
• Attaching of the customs’ “payment accepted” response to our copy of the filed statement
